Dog Walking
Are you away from home most of the day? Woofs About Town will come to your home and get your dogs outside for “business,” fresh air, and exercise. We offer 30, 45, or 60-minute visits!
Pet Sitting
Going away for business or pleasure? If you’d like to allow your dog to stay in his own house and keep his normal routine, we’ll stay overnight and keep your best friend company until you return.
Gretchen and Rob were recommended to us when we needed coverage for our three dogs while on vacation. One of our three had special needs due to a spinal stroke and we were very impressed with the compassion and care shown by Gretchen and Rob while we were away. There is no question that our dogs prefer the stay at home arrangement and Gretchen and Rob were excellent in both their service and in sending us frequent reports on the dogs’ status.
My wife discovered Woofs About Town through social media. We’ve been having them come twice a day to walk and play with Molly. They are extremely reliable and enthusiastic. They clearly love their job. I am very happy with the service and particularly appreciate the daily status reports and the beautiful pictures they send us of Molly playing in the yard. I would definitely recommend Woofs About Town to anyone who wants to have peace of mind daily that their pet is being cared for by caring people.
We were in need of dog sitter because we had to be away from home periodically on Saturdays or Sundays for longer than we felt comfortable leaving Molly and wanted to avoid having to put her in the kennel overnight. Gretchen and Rob have been able to accommodate our intermittent need for a dog sitter almost every time we have called, sometimes on fairly short notice. Gretchen and Rob always send us a note after they come giving us the details of their visit. If time is left over they fill us in on how much time they spend rubbing Molly’s belly, which is probably what she loves the most.
